BEA-000000 - A call to flushChanges on the current MDSSession does not specify the correct transaction key

Symptoms:
There are repeating warnings in AdminServer logs after 11.1.1.7 patchset when accessing Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control.

As per Oracle Doc ID 1568075.1 - The cause is currently unknown and a bug has been created for the issue.

No negative impacts have been seen as a result of this issue.
